Karen Gordon is a revenue leader and growth executive with over 15 years of experience building the commercial engines that drive sustainable, scalable growth. As the founder and principal of InnoFig, she works directly with founders and executive teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies, align cross-functional organizations, and build the systems that turn ambition into results.
Karen's recent engagements include serving as VP of Sales & Client Experience at Saatchi Art, where she led revenue and operational improvements across global art fairs and the online marketplace, and advising companies through InnoFig on new market entry, pricing architecture, and GTM execution.
Earlier, she was EVP of Revenue and a founding team member at Goodshuffle Pro, where she built and scaled the entire commercial organization from zero to $6MM ARR and 1,500+ SMB customers, delivering top-tier metrics including 13.6x LTV:CAC and 129% NRR. She has also held growth leadership roles at startups including LivingSocial, Surprise Ride, and Cove.
Karen is brought in during inflection points—launching a new business line, entering an adjacent market, or aligning a fractured commercial organization around a unified strategy. Her background spans tech, marketplaces, services, and consumer businesses, and she excels in environments where a leader needs to diagnose quickly, build buy-in across teams, and deliver measurable impact fast.
